Vertebral Subluxation causes
Status: partial death, the body is still alive, expressing the innate intelligence of the body. But the cells, tissues or organs affected are not expressing the forces of the innate intelligence of the body and are dead (lacking the expression of intelligence through the matter) from the body’s perspective.
Condition of the involved cells: either expressing cellular intelligence (if sill alive) or universal intelligence (if dead).
Types of partial death:
Vertebral subluxation leads to interference with the mental impulse causing a lack of active organization.
Trauma (other than VS) leads to interference with the nerve causing interference to the mental impulse as well aspossible paralysis.

Unsubluxated is being in a
State: EASE
Status:100% life
Condition of the cells involved: expressing 100% the innate intelligence of the body

As you said: Vertebral Subluxation leads to interference with the mental impulse causing a lack of active organization.

Having just come from an Activator Seminar, and without condemnation it being my technique of choice, the in-house general Subluxation language deals by in large (not completely), with the spinal apophyseal joints and the resultant dysfunction(s) and correction of, as interpreted thru the technique analysis
may I put forth, without condemnation that

Perhaps Vertebral Subluxation by todays science knowledge exists as more of a state of an altered VERTEMERE in toto. A VERTEMERE that is not Normal. Not necessarily nerve pressure, but Vertemere Interference (implies pressure in a nerve AND/OR dysafferentation – yes I know afferent is a problematic word – (altered nerve activity coming from the spinal joints and structures (facets, discs, muscles, joints, fascia). It all results in a Nerve Interference, a disruption of Innate Forces but takes into account not only the 3 standard physical components of subluxation, but a 4th perhaps optional, physical one (as stated above), thus suggesting the Subluxation sets it’s footprint in the Vertemere, which encompasses numerous structures, results in the alteration and disruption of Innate Forces as they travel within the nervous system, manifesting as Dis-Ease of the Nerve Impulse, and subject to corrective Educated Universal Forces, called Spinal Adjustment, all within the limitations of matter and time.

An innate force is a mental impulse with an intelligent direction which is constructive toward structural e/matter. VS interferes with the TRANSMISSION of the mental impulse (pri.29 and 31) reverting it back to a nerve impulse without intelligent direction, which is a universal force and thereby deconstructive toward structural e/matter and will need to be adapted by the innate intelligence of the cell in order to be maintained in active organization, meaning alive (pri.21), even though it is now a cellfish cell and lacks coordination of action for mutual benefit of the parts of the body (pri.23 and 32). DIS-EASE (lack of ease) occurs within the TRANSMITTING matter (pri.28,29, 30 and 31). Remember that the interference is between brain cell and tissue cell, between matter and matter within the living body. In other words, the lack of ease (DIS-EASE) is at the point of contact of the subluxation with the TRANSMITTING matter (pri.28,29, 30 and 31). This in turn will cause INCOORDINATION OF ACTION of the receiving tissue cell (pri.23, 32) which will become cellfish. –

    – There is no such thing as a DIS-EASE of the nerve impulse. A nerve impulse is a universal force that needs to be adapted by innate intelligence (pri.23), which mean that the nerve impulse needs to be vested with an innate code to become a mental impulse.

  3. David Suskin 11/08/2014, 4:06 am:

With regards to nerve impulse/dis-ease, I stand corrected, and clarified.
With regards to the anatomy of a subluxation, doesn’t the subluxation include the transmitting matter?
Dis-ease would seem to be the by product of the subluxation (mental impulse converted to nerve impulse only), which perpetuates the subluxation thru its influence on the vertemere, which perpetuates the subluxation, thus the subluxation manifests incoordination within the vertemere and tissues transmitted to, distal to the subluxation.
Is dis-ease metaphysical and incoordination physical?

    • Claude Lessard 11/08/2014, 12:40 pm:

DIS-EASE (altered ease) occurs within the TRANSMITTING matter (pri.28,29, 30 and 31). It is a condition of e/matter. Therefore DIS-EASE is physical. Incoordination of action concerns the activities of the parts of the body which is also a condition of e/matter. Therefore INCOORDINATION OF ACTION (pri.23 and 32) is also physical. –

      – Remember that VS physically alters the TRANSMITTING matter which is THE interference that divest the metaphysical innate character of the mental impulse (IF) which becomes just a metaphysical nerve impulse (UF). WHAT is so AMAZING about e/matter, is its ability to change form and remain physical. For example, if you use physical fire to heat up physical water in a pot, it will TRANSform it into hot water. This will ALTER the FLOW of the frog in the pot as the heat increases and will divest the frog of its metaphysical component. The frog will surely die. So, you can see that when ALTERED physical TRANSMITTING matter is TRANSformed into heat, it will divest the metaphysical innate character of mental impulse (IF) into a metaphysical nerve impulse (UF). The nerve impulse is deconstructive toward the receiving cell which, if adapted by the innate intelligence of the cell, will become cellfish, and will NOT benefit the rest of the body (pri23). The innate intelligence of the cell will continue to maintain the cellfish alive (in ACTIVE organization), within its limitation (pri24) until such time that the interference with the TRANSMISSION of innate forces has been corrected (pri.29). Then the part of the body may once again have COORDINATION OF ACTION for mutual benefit of the body (pri23 and 32). –

      – This underscores the fact that an innate force is 100% or it is 0% (pri22). A mental impulse is a either FULL/COMPLETE or is NOTHING/EMPTY. It is either a message or, as Joseph would would say, a “no message”.

      – Therefore, together without condemnation, we conclude that INCOORDINATION OF ACTION and DIS-EASE are both PHYSICAL concepts.

      • David Suskin 11/08/2014, 5:02 pm:

Correct me where needed if you’re inclined:
So a nerve impulse exists as an entity of the triune. Universal Intelligence, Universal Force (what you were referring to as metaphysical), and matter (what we typically associate as the physical component, in this case that being charge, or impulse, etc.
At the metaphysical level, the level of force, universal forces within life are altered to innate forces. It’s this force, the innate force which comprises the mental impulse, as it is associated with the transmission of adapted forces serving the purpose of intellectual adaptation.
Is DIS-EASE the result of p12 and p29 or just p12? Since p29 deals with interference to the transmission of innate forces, how could that NOT have an element of metaphysicality to it?
Or are you saying that since II and IF ARE perfect, it is never their error, never a DIRECT interference to innate force that is the issue. It is the interference to universal force in the transmitting tissue, the NERVE, p12, that ultimately creates the interference we know as DIS-EASE, which is due to the inability of a nerve to transmit innate forces (mental impulse), because universal forces, interfering with a nerve impulse, servers the innate force transmission (conversion of nerve impulse to mental impulse), as a by product.
Where does innate force become altered or interfered with, or changed, or rendered 0%? At the point of contact of compression of a nerve? At the altered nerve pool, from disruption of the neurology at the articulations, both?
        and without condemnation, of course.

        • Claude Lessard 11/09/2014, 11:03 pm:

I answered your question in many previous posts on different threads. ๐Ÿ˜‰ –

          – The definition of vertebral subluxation (p.2 of RWS textbook, Art. 26) which states: –

          – A subluxation is the condition of a vertebra that has lost its proper juxtaposition with the one above or the one below, or both; to an extent less that a luxation; which impinges nerves and interferes with the transmission of mental impulses”.-

          – It seems rather clear that the definition tells us that, WHERE the TRANSMISSION of innate forces occurs, is at the point of impingement, which is the point of contact of the vertebra with the TRANSMITTING matter, which is the nerves. –

          – If you “see” that… you will understand my previous post.

          • David Suskin 11/10/2014, 12:18 am:

I know you answered it, but perhaps the DS (me) of today is different then yesterday so without condemnation may I suggest that impingement of nerves, while a telling definition, might be, an induction ONLY. I see know deductive thread that implies impingement as the ONLY source of interference to mental impulses as TRUTH.
You yourself and others have frowned upon the inaccuracies of the philosophy from yesteryear (eg. Traditional chiropractic phopahs, theological personifications, etc. ) and it being 2014 shouldn’t we include all the available scientific observations as long as we are being INDUCTIVE.
And impingement of nerves interfering with transmission of mental impulse is a physical metaphysical event. Without condemnation I am merely trying to go deeper into the understanding the where’s and how’s of spinal subluxation. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  4. Claude Lessard 11/10/2014, 1:34 am:

Impingement of nerves (altered ease) is a physical event Interfering with TRANSMISSION of mental impulse (IF) with intelligent direction which is constructive toward structural e/matter and reverts the mental impulse (IF) into a nerve impulse (UF) without intelligent direction which is deconstructive toward structural e/matter. It is the “divesting” of the innate character of the impulse that is metaphysical. Therefore when you say: “And impingement of nerves interfering with transmission of mental impulse is a physical metaphysical event” you are correct! ๐Ÿ™‚ The mental impulse is both, metaphysical (innate code) and physical (TRANSMITTING matter). –

    – DIS-EASE is PHYSICAL being a change in the configuration of electrons, protons and neutrons of the TRANSMITTING matter (nerves). This interference with the mental impulse is METAPHYSICAL as it is divested of the innate code. This interference will cause INCOORDINATION OF ACTION, which is PHYSICAL, of the tissue cell. The interference with TRANS,MISSION is BETWEEN brain cell and tissue cell. The interference is WITHIN e/matter.

  5. David Suskin 11/10/2014, 1:47 am:

    Ok ๐Ÿ™‚
And 2014 science applied to subluxation, nerve interference mechanism?
    Let me presume something.
Within a philosophical discussion, who cares!
    Point is, subluxation exists
    We can identify it.
We can LACVS, so whether it’s nerve impingement, articular neurological fascilitation, piezoelectric phenomenon, Whatever!
The spirit of the LAW, the principles 28,29,31
    That’s what counts?

    • Claude Lessard 11/10/2014, 3:11 am:

What counts is WHO you choose to BE with the contradictions for the sake of your practice members, ๐Ÿ˜‰
