But there are mountains to climb, and roads to build.
A valuable idea will not flourish before its time where
People won’t journey the road less traveled.
Ideas can follow the path of least resistance.
    That’s called the mainstream.
That can be a good thing. That can be a bad thing.
    Should Chiropractic be mainstream?
    Is Chiropractic mainstream?

Leaders must, FIRST, journey the road less traveled before pointing out the direction. That means leaders do plow uncharted territories before the harvest. That takes a vision and plenty of courage to carry on. As I mentioned in the past: WE CANNOT HARVEST WHAT WE DO NOT SOW, AND WE CANNOT SOW WHERE WE ARE AFRAID TO PLOW.

We spend half our time crying for great leadership, and the other
half crucifying great leaders when we are lucky enough to find
them.—(Dr. Glenn Frank, President University of Wisconsin.) Vol.28
