Freedom and Equality

18

Freedom is a guarantee of inequality. As the government tries to create equality of health care, it must incorporate the destruction of freedom to choose approaches to health care. How is this related to the CCE? They are endeavoring to make us equal to the medical profession and make us all equal to each other, at least in our education, which they have already done by destroying Penn Straight and coercing Sherman. To do that they must ultimately destroy our freedom to choose how we want to practice chiropractic and rest assured that is their Master Plan.

    Should it not read:
Guaranteed Freedom is guarantee of inequality?

    • Joe Strauss 04/07/2015, 7:45 pm:

David, what is guaranteed beside death and taxes? The price of freedom is eternal vigilance. The Straight chiropractic community has failed to be vigilant (to pay the price), and as a result we are on the verge of losing our freedom.

Does the Chiropractic Objective, LACVS for the fullest expression of innate intelligence present both freedom and equality for all – P27?

        • Claude Lessard 04/10/2015, 6:15 pm:

The chiropractic objective is deduced from the 33 principles of chiropractic’s basic science. The chiropractic objective is separate and distinct from everything else, and is inclusive of everyone regardless of creed, gender, age, nationality, culture, political preference and health status. Therefore the chiropractic objective offers the opportunity to ALL the FREEDOM of expression of the innate forces of the innate intelligence of the body. In this sense, everyone is equal with regard to the full expression of the innate forces of the innate intelligence of the body. The OC invents a NEW possibility for others that will resonate with them in order to move them from point A to point B and inspire them to choose to have their spines checked. This NEW possibility to express 100% of the innate forces of the innate intelligence of the body is equal for everyone WHO get their spines checked and hear the story that is told by the OC over and over and over and over and over again. 😉

With that being said, and true,
How can Joes statement: (‘they must ultimately destroy our freedom to choose how we want to practice chiropractic and rest assured that is their Master Plan.’)
Become a reality, unless Big Brother (1984) does finally come into our homes, which I perhaps naively, cannot imagine.
“The door slot opens. What’s the password? ADIO? Come in.
            Carry on”
Yes, I’ll wait for Joes latest writings, but??
Joe’s remedy, eternal vigilance, to me suggests a somewhat aggressive ‘Without Condemnation’
            Carrying on. ADIO 😉

          • Joe Strauss 04/11/2015, 5:42 pm:

David, big brother is already in your home (and your office in the form of the state board of chiropractic examiners). I’m not a libertarian but I think the state board goes beyond the intentions of the United States Constitution.Promulgating rules and regulations that go beyond the intention of the Constitution impinge upon the rights and freedom of individuals.

    Joe,
Typically the guarantee demonstrated by governmental bodies, is a ploy to placate the public to attain their vote. Quite effective with the sheepal.
Tell me (us) more how straight chiropractic is on the verge of losing its freedom, if you care to.

    • Joe Strauss 04/09/2015, 3:37 pm:

David, the chiropractic profession being “on the verge of losing its freedom” has both an historical and future aspect to it. The historical aspect was in allowing a quasi-governmental agency (CCE) to eliminate or coerce chiropractic colleges into teaching therapeutic chiropractic, against their will. Penn Straight was an example of the former and Life, Palmer and Sherman College are examples of the latter. Unfortunately, for the CCE graduates of Sherman and other chiropractic colleges choose to continue to practice non-therapeutic chiropractic, thanks in part, due to people like Bill Decken (I hope that does not get him fired). That growing desire by young graduates to practice true chiropractic will cause the CCE to have state laws passed that will require all chiropractors to follow their therapeutic model. That is the theme of my next novel. Since it is only “prophetic”, it is obviously a fictional work. I have yet to write the ending of the story so I could not give it away here even if I wanted to.

    Joe,
Non-Insurance PM? >> will require a diagnosis in or for a OSC to administer an adj to a PM?

    • David Suskin 04/09/2015, 9:55 pm:

I thought Chiropractic was NON-Prophetic. ADIO yes. Deductive, yes.
You write and speak from an ADIO viewpoint. That’s all I want from the Author, Historian, Philosopher,
      Dr. Joe Strauss.

  4. Claude Lessard 04/11/2015, 11:11 am:

    David,

You ask: “How can Joes statement: (‘they must ultimately destroy our freedom to choose how we want to practice chiropractic and rest assured that is their Master Plan.’)? –

    – There can be interference with transmission of information (pri29). CCE as a “corporate” power, has, is and will be lobbying our public servants to pass laws that all chiropractors will have to comply with in order to LEGALLY practice their occupation/profession. In other words, when a federal law will require that ALL chiropractors MUST document a diagnosis and treatment plan for ALL practice members regardless of age, chiropractors will have lost their “freedom to choose how we want to practice chiropractic and rest assured that is the Master Plan”.

    • David Suskin 04/11/2015, 4:42 pm:

Can a LEGAL law take precedence, or ummm hierarchial priority over an ADIO law(s) like the 33 principles, inevitably.
Since fundamentally REAL chiropractic can only be educated, grassroots style (printing press, internet, meet n greet, one on one, lecture), and since OIBU has been the popular voice of the land in modern times, how will my, or our success be STOPPED by a law? 1st amendment allows me to keep my mouth moving and people to keep listening. When has chiropractic, Real chiropractic been Aided by anything LEGAL?
Maybe conflict will clarify. Maybe the light will burn even brighter on the truth of the 33 Ps, when Chiropractic populare, no longer resembles OC, and the a person like me, who has nothing to loose (JAIL Gulp), finally gets on a pulpit and preaches??
      I am naive, true.
I look forward to Joes new publication, for perhaps some answers.
      MASTER PLAN?? Truly Scary

      • Joe Strauss 04/11/2015, 6:39 pm:

David, you wrote “Can a LEGAL law take precedence, or ummm hierarchial priority over an ADIO law(s) like the 33 principles…” The ADIO laws like the 33 principles are what men “endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness…” are about. LACVS is part of those unalienable rights. Where legal laws take precedence is in the right call that and practice it as chiropractic. That was the issue surrounding the creation of Spinology. Are you trying to write the ending for my novel:)?

        • David Suskin 04/11/2015, 7:36 pm:

          Joe,
I’m just trying to tell the story over and over, in as many ways possible, transform this educated intelligence of mine, and finally, accurately, passionately, intelligently, effectively put his plan B into action.
          😉

          • Joe Strauss 04/13/2015, 11:45 am:

David, whose “plan B” are you referring to and what is it?

          • David Suskin 04/13/2015, 12:18 pm:

You Know. I’m a retread. Currently full time computer programming – pays bills, Miserable.
My plan B – Back to Chiropractic, full time >> doing it the RIGHT way.

  5. David Suskin 04/11/2015, 12:35 pm:

    Claude,
    No insurance applicable?
    Diagnosis and TREATMENT plan regulation?
    WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Medicine, politics, and power rears it’s ugly head?
The word MASTER plan has connotations that send shivers up my spine
Is there a solution? Is there hope?
