The vitalistic philosophy of chiropractic and the detrimental effects of the vertebral subluxation gives what we do much more meaning. If we look at subluxation correction as a mechanistic procedure then it is not much more important than cutting hair, clipping nails, rubbing backs, or taking x-rays. July7, 2010
