Products for sale on this site have been written and produced by Dr. Joe Strauss, unless otherwise noted. Physical products are usually shipped within 48 hours via the US Postal Service, and downloadable products will be available immediately.

Your privacy is a priority. Any information we collect when you make a purchase is only used to process your orders on this website. When you make a purchase, your name, address and e-mail address are required. We will only use such information to process orders. This information will NEVER be sold, distributed, rented or traded to others.
Shipping and Returns
You may return most unused physical items purchased from this site within 30 days of the original delivery, with our authorization. After 30 days, all transactions are final, as are all downloadable purchases. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 15 percent. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
